The Japanese spider crab has the greatest leg span of any arthropod, reaching up to 5.5 metres (18 feet) from claw to claw.

Planet Earth is filled with anomalies. When observed microscopically, a world interconnected by genes, atoms and time can be discovered. This notion is at the heart of the latest exhibit at the Musée de la Civilisation de Québec (MCQ), Curiosities of the Natural World. After stops in Asia, the North American première took place in Quebec City. The exhibit will be open until Jan. 5, 2020.
